THE APPLICANT IS PROPOSING THE DEVELOPMENT OF A MULTIFAMILY APARTMENT COMMUNITY CONSISTING OF ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY EIGHT RESIDENTIAL APARTMENTS, THE ASSOCIATED PARKING INFRASTRUCTURE AND AMENITIES CONSIST OF ONE, TWO, THREE BEDROOM APARTMENTS RANGING IN BETWEEN SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY FOUR AND 14 16 SQUARE FEET SIZE APPROXIMATELY. THERE'S FIVE THREE STORY APARTMENT BUILDINGS WITH ANTICIPATED FINAL SITE DESIGN A LAYOUT WHICH IS YET TO BE COMPLETED. AND THEN FROM A PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS THERE IS A MASTER PLAN AMENDMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS AND THE DID RECEIVE COMMENTS FROM THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AT THE JULY 7TH MEETING AND THOSE COMMENTS WERE PROVIDED TO YOU IN THE PACKET. THERE IS CERTAIN REVIEW CRITERIA THAT HAVE TO BE CONSIDERED AND THE AMENDMENTS DO COMPLY WITH ALL OF THEM INCLUDING CONSISTENCY WITH A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AS WELL AS THE TOWN'S STRATEGIC PLAN.
