I THINK IN THIS PROJECT EXPLICIT RIGHT UPFRONT AND THERE NEEDS TO BE A CONCERTED EFFORT IN MY JUDGMENT TO TO REALLY DIG INTO WHAT CAN WE DO TO MITIGATE THIS IMPACT TO STONEY AND THAT MAY INVOLVE THE USE OF SOME TOWNIE OWN LAND, A TOWN ON LAND. I KNOW THE TOWN OWNS A LOT REAL PROPERTY IN THAT AREA AND THERE MAY BE OPPORTUNITIES FOR US HERE TO TAKE SOME OF THAT TOWN OWN LAND WORKING WITH SOMEBODY LIKE A WOODEN PARTNERS AND BE WOODEN PARTNERS BUT A LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT OR A LAND USE PLANNER OR SOMEBODY THAT HAS EXPERIENCE IN THIS AREA AND LOOK AT THIS AS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR US TO GO AHEAD AND NOT ONLY MAKE THE HIGHWAY TO 78 CORRIDOR LESS NEGATIVELY IMPACTFUL ON STONEY BUT TO GO AHEAD AND AND MITIGATE SOME OF THE PRIOR DAMAGES THAT WE'VE DONE TO THAT COMMUNITY AND I THINK THERE'S A REAL OPPORTUNITY FOR US TO DO THAT HERE AND. AND I I THINK THAT NEEDS TO BE EXPLORED IN SOME MORE DETAIL AS PART OF THIS PROCESS. RELATIVE TO THE ROADS, THE PROPOSAL WAS THAT THE COUNTY WOULD PAY ONE POINT THREE OR THIRTY FIVE PERCENT OF THE THIRTY THREE POINT SEVEN MILLION NOW. GRAVES OBVIOUSLY GETS SOME BENEFIT WITH HIS PROXIMITY TO THE PARK AND HE DOES GET AN IMPROVED ROAD BACK BACKDOOR ENTRANCE TO HIS DEVELOPMENT. I THINK THE COUNTY GAINS A COUPLE OF THINGS THROUGH THAT THROUGH THIS WHOLE DEAL. THE STORMWATER ISSUE THAT'S BEEN AROUND FOR A LONG TIME GETS SOLVED STARTING TO GET SOME WATER AND SEWER CLOSER TO THE PEOPLE OF THE NORTH. AND WE KNOW WE HAVE SOME FAILING SYSTEMS UP THERE. OBVIOUSLY SOME EASEMENTS BEING PROVIDED. WE'RE GETTING ROADS, IMPROVED ROADS AND AS A GROUP OF PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY LIVE TO THE NORTH, WE KNOW THAT THEY'LL PROBABLY BE DEVELOPMENT THERE AT SOME POINT IN TIME THAT WE'LL USE THE ROAD AND MAYBE THERE'LL BE A BACKDOOR TO BERKELEY.
