Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance 2013-07 Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance 2013-07 to amend the Municipal Code of the Town of Hilton Head Island by adding Article 6 Section 12-1-611 to Chapter 1 of Title 12, establishing a regulation prohibiting the use of a handheld electronic communication device for the reviewing, drafting, or sending of electronic communications while operating a motor vehicle in the Town of Hilton Head Island; and providing for severability and an effective date.
b. Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance 2013-09 Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance 2013-09 of the Town of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, authorizing the execution of a lease with the Island Recreation Association, Inc. for property owned by the Town of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, pursuant to the authority of S.C. Code Ann. Sec. 5-7-40 (Supp. 2012), and Sec. 2-7-20, Code of the Town of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, (1983); and providing for severability and an effective date.

First Reading of Proposed Ordinance 2013-12 First Reading of Proposed Ordinance of the Town of Hilton Head, South Carolina, authorizing the granting of an easement encumbering real property owned by the Town of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, commonly known as "Barker Field Expansion", being 17.56 acres on Mitchelville Road, pursuant to the authority of S. C. Code Ann. § 5-7-40 (Supp. 2010), and § 2-7-20, Code of the Town of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, (1983, As Amended); and providing for severability and an effective date.
