d. Consideration of a Recommendation – Island Rec. Association Memorandum of Understanding Consideration of a Recommendation from the Public Facilities Committee to Town Council authorizing the execution of the Memorandum of Understanding and Agreement between the Town of Hilton Head Island and the Hilton Head Island Recreation Association, Inc.
e. Consideration of a Recommendation – Hilton Head Public Service District Cost Reimbursement Agreement Consideration of a Recommendation from the Public Facilities Committee to Town Council authorizing the Town Manager to execute the cost reimbursement agreement between the Town of Hilton Head Island and Hilton Head Public Service District.
