Consideration of a Recommendation – Low Income Housing Tax Credit (“LIHTCâ€) Consideration of a Recommendation from the Public Planning Committee that Town Council consider forwarding changes outlined in the whitepaper titled “Hilton Head Island and the Low Income Housing Tax Credit†to the South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority to be incorporated into the Qualified Allocation Plan.
