Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance 2015-15 Second Reading of Proposed Ordinance 2015-15 of the Town of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, authorizing the execution of a lease with Boys and Girls Clubs of the Lowcountry, Inc. pursuant to the authority of S.C.
