First Reading of Proposed Ordinance 2013-26 First Reading of Proposed Ordinance 2013-26 to amend Title 16, the Land Management Ordinance, of the Municipal Code of the Town of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, by amending Section 16-4-102, the Official Zoning Map, the Hilton Head Plantation Master Plan, specifically rezoning 1.33 acres identified as Parcel 19 on Beaufort County Tax Map 7b to add Medical And Behavioral Health Services as a permitted use on the property and providing for severability and an effective date.
b. Consideration of a Recommendation - Chaplin Linear Park Schematic Master Plan Consideration of a Recommendation that Town Council approve the Schematic Master Plan for the proposed Chaplin Linear Park to be used to further develop detailed plans for permitting and construction.
c. Consideration of a Recommendation Consideration of a Recommendation that Town Council approve the attached policy for the dedication and acceptance of private road rights of way to the Town for perpetual maintenance.
d.
