A. $278,000 Light Detection and Ranging contract for Stormwater (Noncompetitive Contract)-Joint contract with Town of Port Royal (2.7%), City of Beaufort (7.12%), Town of Hilton Head Island (29.49%), Town of Bluffton (9.46%). The State is contributing $78,000. The County will need to pay the $200,000 up front and be reimbursed by the municipalities.

C. Ordinance finding that the Lady's Island-St. Helena Island Fire District, South Carolina, may issue not exceeding $6,000,000 of general obligation bonds and to provide for the publication of notice of the said finding and authorization
