NEXT LIGHT AND COOL BATH ROAD AND AGNES MAJOR IS GOING TO BE A TEN INCH CMB FISH OIL ROAD IS GOING TO BE A MILLING FIELD WITH OVERLAY. PAVEMENT EVALUATION I'VE GOT ICE HERE SO JAY GOING TO GIVE YOU A LITTLE PRESENTATION ON THAT. THANK YOU, MA'AM. HEY, THANK YOU ALL FOR HAVING ME HERE TODAY. WE'RE HERE TO GIVE YOU AN UPDATE ON THIS PROJECT.

SO THIS IS A A CONTINUATION OF THE EFFORT THAT THE COUNTY HAS BEEN WORKING ON FOR SOME TIME. THE FIRST STUDY WAS DONE AROUND 2022 AND THIS IS AN UPDATE AND REFRESHMENT OF THAT TO CONTINUE LEARNING ABOUT WHAT THE COUNTY'S BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN OVER THE PAST AND TRY TO BUILD ON THAT SO I'LL START BY SAYING THAT WE'RE COOKING A MEAL HERE AND WHERE WE'RE AT RIGHT NOW TODAY IS GATHERING ALL OF THOSE .

THAT'S KIND OF WHAT WE WERE TALKING ABOUT EARLIER AND. IT'S PRETTY SOON WE'RE GOING TO START PREHEATING THEM AND IN TURN THE HEAT UP. OKAY.

BUT RIGHT NOW WE'RE AT A POINT WHERE WE'VE JUST GOTTEN ALL THOSE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.

WE'RE LOOKING AT ALL OF THE COUNTY ROADS, ALL THE MUNICIPAL . WE'RE ALSO GOING TO BE INVENTORYING THE SIDEWALK FOR GENERAL CONDITION LOOKING FOR OUR RPMS AND WE'RE GOING TO BE INVENTORYING ALL THE SIGNS ON THE SYSTEM. SO ONCE WE GET ALL OF THAT TOGETHER THE NEXT THING TO DO IS BUILD A STRATEGY AND PRIORITY OF HOW WE WANT TO GO ABOUT WORKING ON THIS OVER THE TEN YEARS. AS A REMEDIAL STUDENT OF HERS IN SPREADSHEETS BUT I WOULDN'T JUST FOCUS ON THREE NUMBERS WHICH YOU GOT. THEY'VE MADE IT PRETTY EASY THE TOTAL AVAILABLE WHICH YOU SEE IS THE 8.9 MILLION ON THE RIGHT . WHAT WE HAVE AFTER YOU YOU LOOK AT DEPOSITS AND EXPENDITURES. HERE'S WHAT'S LEFT. 8.9 MILLION.

THE SECOND NUMBER I WANT TO LOOK AT IS ALLOCATIONS TOTAL OF THAT IS 4.87.

WHAT HAVE AVAILABLE WHAT WE SPEND UP TO NOW OR WHAT WE'VE ALLOCATED TO NOW AND WHAT'S THE CAPACITY WE HAVE LEFT? SO THAT'S A VERY GOOD SUMMARY.
