I WAS A LITTLE BIT 13 AZALEA AND I'VE BEEN AN ISLAND RESIDENT FOR 45 YEARS ROUGHLY AND HOLIDAY HOMES HOMEOWNER OR HOMEOWNER FOR 35 YEARS AND THE THIS ALL STARTED IS THAT THE PIECE THE INSTALL A GRINDER PUMP FOR CRAB RESTAURANT WHOEVER REMEMBERS THAT AND THAT OPENED UP THE POSSIBLE QUALITY OF SOURCE SERVICE FOR OUR NEIGHBORHOOD THE BSD IF RESIDENTS OF HOLIDAY HOMES WOULD LIKE SAUCE SERVICE WE VOTED YES AND IT WAS AT OUR EXPENSE OPTED IN TO THAT BY DOING SO THAT INCREASED THE BUILDABLE AREA OF THE LOTS BECAUSE YOU COULD ELIMINATE THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE SEPTIC TANK SO THAT ALL WENT ALONG WELL AND THEN THE TOWN CAME TO US AND SAID WITH OCCURRING WOULD YOU LIKE TO HAVE PROTECTION AGAINST OVERSIZE LARGE HOUSES BECAUSE THIS WAS WHEN THEY WERE FIRST CONTEMPLATING THE SANDCASTLE ACROSS THE STREET AND WE SAID THE TOWN WROTE THE OVERLAY FOR THE DISTRICT WE ALL APPROVED AND THOUGHT WE WERE PROTECTED WELL AS WE SEEN WITH 35, 37 AND 39 OLEANDER THE PROTECTIONS WERE NOT ENOUGH TO PROTECT WHAT WAS WE WERE TRYING TO PREVENT OCCUR IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD SO THEREFORE WE DILIGENTLY WITH MEMBERS OF TOWN VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS TO TRY TO GET TO THE POINT THAT DO HAVE THE PROTECTION AND CAN MAINTAIN THE CHARACTER OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD.
