UM, THOSE WERE, UM, TYPICAL PLUMBING, UM, REPAIRS THAT YOU WOULD EXPECT TO SEE WITH MALFUNCTIONING TOILETS AND SINKS. UM, WE DID ADDRESS THOSE REPAIRS AND THEN THOSE REPAIRS THAT WERE PARTS ON ORDER ARE NEEDED FURTHER FOLLOW UP ARE ACTIVELY BEING, UH, RESOLVED. CURRENTLY. MOVING TO OUR GENERAL MAINTENANCE, WE HAD LADIES ISLAND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL THAT HAD THE HIGHEST WORK ORDER TOTAL WITH 26. UH, SOME OF THOSE REQUESTS INCLUDED, UM, ADDRESSING LIGHTING ISSUES, BLOCKING, UH, PAINT TOUCHUPS AND, UM, REPLACING FLOOR OUTLET COVERS. AND SO THOSE WERE COMPLETED, [01:10:01] UM, BY OUR MAINTENANCE TEAM AS WELL. MOVING TO OUR WORK ORDERS ASSIGNED. SO THESE ARE THE ONES THAT WE REPORT WITHIN THE SAME MONTH TO SHOW WHAT OUR TOTAL, UH, REQUESTED AND COMPLETED FOR NORTH OF BROAD, WE ARE LOOKING AT A 47% REQUESTED AND COMPLETED. UH, WE ARE REALLY PUSHING NOW THAT WE'VE GOTTEN, UM, FOUR MONTHS INTO OUR NEW FACILITIES MAINTENANCE CONTRACT. WE REALLY ARE STARTING TO, ONCE WE'VE HONED IN WITH OUR STAFFING TO GET OUR STAFF TO, UH, INCREASE SOME OF THESE STATS. OUR, OUR NUMBERS ARE, ARE RELATIVELY LOWER, LIKE I'D LIKE TO SEE REQUESTED AND COMPLETED OVER 50%. UM, I WILL SAY FOR NORTH OF THE BROAD, WE'RE STILL AVERAGING UNDER FIVE DAYS FOR COMPLETION WITHIN A 14 DAY PERIOD. SO WE'RE AT A 4.53, UH, WHICH IS STILL, UM, PRETTY, PRETTY GOOD TRACK. SO IT'S LOWER THAN WE'VE BEEN WITH OUR PREVIOUS TWO MONTHS. MOVING TO THE NEXT PAGE IS OUR SOUTH OF THE BROAD STATS, AND IN THIS CATEGORY, AGAIN, REQUESTED AND COMPLETED, WE'RE STILL AT 47% ON THAT SIDE. UH, THEIR AVERAGE TO COMPLETE DATE IS 4.26, OUR SPOTLIGHT OF THE MONTH. SO WE DO THIS EVERY MONTH. WE ALTERNATE BETWEEN NORTH OF ABROAD AND SOUTH ABROAD. SO THIS MONTH WE CHOSE JAMES J. DAVIS EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER. SO YOU CAN SEE THERE, WE FEATURED JUST A FEW PROJECT PHOTOS OF WHAT WAS COMPLETED. UM, I DO WANNA LET YOU KNOW, AND I'M NOT SURE IF THE, UH, I'M ASSUMING THE INVITATION WOULD'VE GONE OUT. OH, YEAH. OR THE MEDIA CENTER DEDICATION FOR PASTOR MOORE IS THIS THURSDAY FROM NINE TO 11. UM, OKAY. PERFECT. AND THE CAMPUS IS LOOKING PHENOMENAL. WE'VE, WE'VE, WE'VE SPENT A LOT OF TIME AND, AND GIVEN A LOT OF SUPPORT, AND WE ARE REALLY EXCITED, UM, TO HOST THAT EVENT ON THURSDAY, RIGHT NEXT PAGE. SO THIS IS PROBABLY THE MOST EXCITING PART OF THIS REPORT, IS IF YOU NOTICE IN OUR CONSTRUCTION CAP, WE ARE CURRENTLY, AFTER JUST COMPLETING OUR FOUR MONTHS OF STARTING THE CONTRACT WITH SODEXO, WE ARE 96.9% STAFF IN MAINTENANCE. THAT IS REMARKABLE. UM, AND I SAY THAT BECAUSE MOST OF YOU THAT HAVE PROBABLY FOLLOWED THE, THE COMMITTEE REPORTS FOR, UM, MAINTENANCE AND CUSTODIAL HAVE SEEN THE LAST YEAR AND A HALF HOW LOW WE WERE AND HOW MUCH OF A STRUGGLE WE'VE BEEN IN WITH THIS CONTRACT. SO WE ARE AT 96%. WE DO HAVE TWO HVAC TECHNICIAN POSITION, SENIOR LEVEL THAT ARE CURRENTLY OPEN. UM, SODEXO WAS IN A PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR THEIR FIRST 90 DAYS. WE GAVE THEM THAT CONCESSION SO THEY COULD HAVE THAT TIME TO GET THOSE STAFFING NUMBERS IN ORDER. THAT TIME IS NOW OVER, SO AS OF JANUARY, PART OF THEIR CONTRACT IS THEY HAVE TO MAINTAIN A HUNDRED PERCENT STAFFING OVERALL. SO RIGHT NOW THEY'RE TWO POSITIONS SHORT. SO THAT MEANS THEY'RE GOING TO HAVE THEIR FIRST PENALTIES THAT WILL BE ENFORCED FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY. OKAY. UM, MOMENTS OF SUCCESS, UH, WE HAD A LOT OF SUCCESS, IF I COULD JUMP IN. WHAT, I MEAN, WE, THEY STARTED THEIR CONTRACT AT RIGHT AT ABOUT 50% STAFFED. SO THEY'VE GONE FROM 50% STAFF TO TOO SHORT, 90, I FORGET WHAT THAT NUMBER WAS. SO THEY HAVE WORKED VERY HARD AT IT. UM, AND THEY'RE VERY DISAPPOINTED. THEY DIDN'T GET THOSE LAST TWO POSITIONS. HOPEFULLY BY NEXT MONTH, THOSE WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF OR THAT'S WHAT WE'RE MM-HMM . AND WE DID, AS ROBERT STATED, WE, UM, I, I, I'LL SAY I DID, I KNEW WE WERE, IWI KNEW WE WERE GONNA, UM, LOSE STAFFING. I KNEW THAT THIS TRADI TRANSITION WOULD BE EXTREMELY DIFFICULT FOR THE DISTRICT. UM, IT WAS GONNA BE PAINFUL. I DID NOT FOR WORSE OR ANTICIPATE ANOTHER, YOU KNOW, WE WERE ALREADY BELOW 80% STAFF WERE AT 73% JUST OVER. VERY DIFFICULT, BUT WE'RE AT 96% AND THERE'S A MOMENTUM THERE BECAUSE THERE'S, THERE'S A FINANCIAL THAT, RIGHT? THERE'S A FINANCIAL PIECE THERE THAT IF THEY'RE NOT MAINTAINING WHERE WE NEED THEM TO BE, UM, THEN WE, WE GET THAT FINANCIAL, UM, CONCESSION PUT BACK IN OUR POCKETS AS THE SCHOOL DISTRICT. SO THEY'VE STARTED A RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM. THEY'RE TRYING TO GET A PARTNERSHIP WITH THEM. THEY'VE ALREADY GOTTEN A FEW STUDENTS THAT HAVE GRADUATED FROM THEIR CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS THAT HAVE THE CERTIFICATIONS AND THE EDUCATION, BUT ARE JUST GREEN. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY FIELD EXPERIENCE WHATSOEVER. UM, SO THEY'RE MAKING THOSE CONNECTIONS. UM, THEY HAVE FUTURE MEETINGS SET UP WITH THE DEAN OF STUDENTS TO ALSO TALK ABOUT SUMMER OPPORTUNITIES FOR INTERNSHIP, UM, TO EXTEND THAT KNOWLEDGE. UM, SO I'M REALLY EXCITED ABOUT THAT.
