SO I WANNA, UM, APPLY FOR A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO DO SHORT TERM RENTALS WEEKS AT A TIME.

'CAUSE PEOPLE WANNA BRING A, A VESSEL, A BOAT, SIT THERE, GO FISHING AND THINGS LIKE THAT.

THAT'S WHAT MAKES IT SUCH A GOOD RENTAL OPPORTUNITY, I GUESS.

I LOOKED AT IT A LITTLE DIFFERENTLY AND YOU ARE CORRECT AND I LOOKED AT IT AS, YOU KNOW, KIDS, THERE'S A LIABILITY.
