I MEAN OBVIOUSLY WE HAVE A GREAT VA AND FHA WE ALSO TRYING TO TRYING TO HELP THEM WITH THE USDA SIDE IF WE CAN GET QUALIFICATION BECAUSE IT DOES FALL UNDER THE AREA THAT YOU KNOW IS USDA ELIGIBLE BUT THAT IS A WHOLE OTHER EVEN TIGHTER WINDOW THAT THOSE CLIENTS CAN QUALIFY UNDER.
