IT STARTED A LOT IN 2016 WITH HURRICANE MATTHEW. HE LOST A LOT OF TREES.

I HAVE AERIAL PHOTOS FROM 2016, 2017 AND TODAY THAT PROVE THAT THE TREES ARE GONE THERE'S NOTHING HOLDING THE PLANTINGS BACK AND HE HAS SOME SEVERE EROSION WHICH COMPROMISES THE BUFFER ZONE THE BUFFER ZONES A 50 FOOT ZONE FROM THE NEXT CRITICAL LINE USUALLY TO THE EDGE OF THE HOUSE. NOW CURRENTLY TODAY THERE'S ONLY 30 FOOT OF THE BUFFER LEFT EFFECTIVELY 10 TO 20 FEET OF IT AS WASHED OUT IN CERTAIN AREAS .

SO DIMOCK HAS CAME OUT A MARK THE CRITICAL LINE YEARS AGO BUT THEY MARKED IT AT THE POINT BEFORE THERE WAS EROSION THERE THAT HAD BEEN MARKED PREVIOUSLY AND THEY SAID IT DOESN'T QUALIFY FOR EROSION AT THAT POINT BUT THE EROSION BEHIND THE CRITICAL LINE OR DIRECT DOESN'T HAVE ANY JURISDICTION. IT DOES HAVE EROSION. THERE'S ACTIVE ESCARPMENT AND WE'RE HERE REQUESTING AN APPEAL TO. WE WANT TO BUILD A BULKHEAD INSIDE THE BUFFER ZONE.
