WE AT WHEN YOU PROVIDE A THIRD LANE OFF ISLAND WHICH IN ALL LIKELIHOOD CAN BE FORESEEN IN THE FUTURE, IT DOES FULLY MITIGATE THE INTERSECTION BUT IT EFFECTIVELY MITIGATING THE INTERSECTION ENTAILS WIDENING ALONG THE NORTHERN SIDE OF THE ROAD TO THE WEST OF THE INTERSECTION THAT IMPACTS RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES WILL LIKELY THOSE ARE IMPACTS THAT ARE NOT LIKELY TO BE IMPLEMENTED IN ADVANCE OF A WIDENING OF THE ROADWAY FROM 4 TO 6 LANES. I WILL CONCLUDE MY REMARKS ON THIS INTERSECTION BY STATING THAT WIDENING FROM 4 TO 6 LANES ONCE WE HAVE THREE LANES HITTING ALL BY ONE INSTEAD OF TWO.
