UH, STUDENT MISCONDUCT ON A MOVING BUS CREATES A SERIOUS SAFETY RISK, AS YOU ALL KNOW, A FIGHT, A FIGHT IN SCHOOL VERSUS A FIGHT ON A BUS.
YES, WE DON'T WANNA FIGHT EITHER WAY, BUT A FIGHT ON A BUS.
AND, OF COURSE, A LOT MORE OF A SAFETY CONCERN FOR ALL THE STUDENTS INVOLVED ON THE BUS.
