SO THAT MEANS THAT THE REGIONAL CARRIERS ARE LESS PRESSURE TO TRY AND REPLACE PILOTS THAT ARE GETTING HIRED BY THE BIGGER AIRLINES. HOWEVER, THIS IS TEMPORARY THE DEMOGRAPHIC CURVE OF RETIREMENTS OF GRAY HAIRED MEN AND WOMEN WHO'VE BEEN FLYING AIRPLANES 30 OR 40 YEARS THAT IS STILL AHEAD OF THE NEW HIRE CURVE BECAUSE OF THE REQUIREMENTS ARE SO ONEROUS RIGHT NOW TO BECOME AN AIRLINE PILOT VERY TO GET THERE SO WE SEE THE RETIREMENT CURVE AHEAD OF THE NEW HIRE PLUG IN CURVE ALSO PILOT PRODUCTIVITY IS DOWN POST-COVID.
