IT'S CURRENTLY ZONED TO RURAL WHICH WOULD ALLOW FOR SOMETHING LIKE 28 SINGLE FAMILY HOMES AND WHAT PROPOSED IS IS OVER HUNDRED AND YOUR COMPREHENSIVE PLAN HAS A TOOL BUILT IN CALLED THE PLACE TYPE OVERLAY WHICH ALLOWS FOR SOME FLEXIBILITY AND CREATIVE DESIGNS TO CREATE MORE WALKABLE NEIGHBORHOODS AND AND THAT MIGHT AN ATTRACTIVE OPTION. THEY HAD 14 GOLF CART RENTALS AT THE MELROSE DOCK REPRESENTING AN 87% DECLINE. THE FUNKY LIFE ALSO RENTS GOLF CARTS TO TOURISTS. THE COMPANY'S REVENUES ARE DOWN 70% SINCE THIS TIME LAST YEAR AT THE MELROSE DOCK SCHOOL GROUNDS COFFEE SHOPS BUSINESS IS DOWN 20% FROM LAST YEAR WHILE THE COST OF BRINGING OVER MILK AND OTHER SUPPLIES IS UP 60%, THE FUSCHIA ISLAND DISTILLERY HAD EXPERIENCED AN ANNUAL REVENUE INCREASE FOR THE PAST SEVEN YEARS. BUT WHAT WAS YOUR COMMUNITY. THERE WOULD BE A BIG OUTCRY THIS WOULD BE THE PRIORITY FOR YOUR YOU'D HAVE SPECIAL HEARINGS YOU WOULD MAKE AS A PRIORITY REGULATORY AND STATUTORY RELIEF FOR YOUR COMMUNITIES. WE NEED TYPE OF HELP.
