SO WHAT YOU HAVE BEFORE YOU IS OUR MEMO FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM BUDGET UPDATE.

AS OF MARCH 7TH, 2024, THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024 WAS ADOPTED AT $290,000.

AS OF FEBRUARY 14TH, THE UPDATED BUDGET HELD A TOTAL OF $304,000.

TO DATE, 17 HOMES HAVE BEEN SERVICED FOR HOME REPAIRS SUCH AS ROOFING AND INTERIOR REPAIRS.

TOTALING 269,018 HOMES HAVE BEEN SERVICED WITH SEPTIC PUMP OUT TOTALING $7,266 AND TWO HOMES FOR TREE SERVICES TOTALING 6,180.

I DO NOT USUALLY GIVE YOU GUYS A NUMBER FOR THE OTHER SERVICES BECAUSE WE HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING IN THOSE.

SO THOSE ARE OUR THREE MAIN SERVICES.

AS YOU ALREADY KNOW, AS OF FEBRUARY 29TH WHEN THIS REPORT WAS SUBMITTED, 37 HOMES HAVE BEEN SERVICED THROUGH THE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM AND COLLECTIVELY THROUGH ALL OF THE LINE ITEMS, THE PROGRAM HAS A CURRENT BALANCE OF 17,152.
