SIMPLE TITLE THAT THE SELLER OR THE BUYER COULD OBTAIN IF THE COUNCIL WERE TO ENTERTAIN BUYING THE PROPERTY. THE THIRD THING AS YOU MENTIONED BEFORE THIS IS A VERY UNIQUE PROPERTY. THE MINORITY AREAS WANT TO PURCHASE IT THEMSELVES.
