IT'S PROBABLY 15 FEET HIGH, 20 FEET WIDE, 40 FEET LONG ACTUALLY BLOCKS ANYTHING NATURAL SUNLIGHT FROM COMING INTO THE BACK YARD OF 56 TIMBER CREST DURING MATTHEW THERE WAS A LOT OF DOWNED TREES THAT DESTROYED OUR FENCE LINE ALONG A LOT OF THOSE NEIGHBORS. THE OWNER DID NOTHING ABOUT IT AS COSTS WERE INCURRED BY THE HOMEOWNERS ON TIMBER CREST SO JUST HAVE SOME GENERAL CONCERNS ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SITE.
