UM, AND YOU KNOW, WE ALL MOANED AND GROANED ABOUT IT AS PARENTS, BUT, YOU KNOW, THE DAY CARE FACILITIES OF COURSE RESPONDED.

AND, UM, I THINK IT DID CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEACHERS, UM, FEELING THAT THEY HAD SOME MORE PROFESSIONAL TIME AND THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO, YOU KNOW, SO I, I JUST BROUGHT IT UP KIND OF A RULE OF THUMB HERE IN SOUTH CAROLINA IS WE DON'T REALLY CARE HOW THEY DID IT UP THERE.

SO I WOULD, THIS IS MY JUST, I'M THROWING THIS OUT.

SO THIS IS CLEARLY A HOT TOPIC THAT'S BEING DEBATED IN COLUMBIA AND WE'RE GOING TO GET SOMETHING FROM THE GOVERNOR.

SO MY PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION WOULD BE, LET'S DO IT AT THE WORK SESSION IN MARCH, BUT THAT, YOU KNOW, LIKE I SAID, THAT'S JUST KINDA MY THOUGHTS.
