ALL IN FAVOR. WAVE YOUR HAND PLEASE. AND ANY OPPOSED NOW WOULD BE [5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – NOVEMBER 18, 2021] THE TIME TO WAVE YOUR HAND BY SAYING ON THE AGENDA IS APPROVED ALONG THE SAME LINES YOU ALL RECEIVED A COPY OF THE COMMENTS FROM THE NOVEMBER MEETING WHICH WAS OUR LAST NAME. YOU'LL RECALL WE DIDN'T HAVE ONE IN DECEMBER OR ANY CORRECTIONS OR CHANGES THAT NEED TO BE TAKEN CARE OF FROM THE NOVEMBER MINUTES RIGHT HERE HEARING NOTHING. ONCE AGAIN ONLY THE MOTION TO APPROVE NOVEMBER 18TH TWO THOUSAND TWENTY ONE MINUTES OF THE BEAUFORT COUNTY AIRPORT BOARD. SOMEBODY MAKE A MOTION PLEASE. SECOND. OK, WE'RE GOOD TO GO. AT THIS TIME THESE ARE THREE MINUTE PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD. SO 30 PUBLIC MEMBERS WOULD BE THE TIME TO SAY NO. YOU HAVE AN INTEREST IN TALKING WITH THE BOARD. THERE ARE NONE. WE'LL CONTINUE TO MOVE ON. [7. DIRECTOR’S REPORT] ALL RIGHT. JOHN IS OUT TODAY. STEVE WILL PROVIDE US WITH THE DIRECTOR REPORT SO STEEP YOU MEETING. GO AHEAD. THANK YOU, MR. ACKERMAN. GOOD AFTERNOON, EVERYONE. JUST DOUBLE CHECKING. CAN EVERYONE HEAR ME? OK. THANK YOU. BEFORE I GET INTO THE THE DELIVERABLES THAT WERE SENT OVER TO EVERYBODY AT THIS TOWN, I WANTED TO OUTLINE A COUPLE OF THINGS THAT WE GOT GOING ON AT A RW I'M SURE EVERYBODY HAS HEARD ALREADY BUT I KNOW WE HAD OFF LAST MONTH IN DECEMBER. CURRENTLY WE'RE UNDER THE TERMINAL RENOVATE. THE CONTRACTOR HAS PRETTY MUCH RIPPED OUT DEMOLISHED THE FLOORS, TAKEN OUT WALLS REMOVED SHEET ROCK REMOVED LIGHTING INSTALLED SOME NEW LIGHTING INSTALLED SOME FLOORS IS REALLY COMING ALONG OVER THERE. I'M EXCITED WITH THE OPENNESS THAT THAT TERMINAL IS GOING TO HAVE GOING INTO THE FUTURE. OBVIOUSLY EVERYTHING IS IN THERE NOW. BUT I THINK IT'S REALLY GOING TO LOOK WONDERFUL WHEN WE'RE DONE AND I'M EXCITED AND HOPE EVERYBODY CAN GET OUT AND TAKE A LOOK AT IT EITHER NOW IN THE MIDDLE OF CONSTRUCTION TAKE A LOOK AT IT. YOU'LL SEE HUGE DIFFERENCE AND THEN WHEN IT'S COMPLETED I HOPE EVERYBODY CAN COME JOIN US FOR A RIBBON CUTTING TO BE ANNOUNCED AT A FUTURE DATE WHEN WE KNOW IT'S GOING TO BE DONE. ALSO SOME NOTES ON A R W WE'RE GONNA HAVE THE BREAKFAST CLUB JOINING US ON FEBRUARY 6. AGAIN, THIS WILL BE THE SECOND YEAR THAT THAT CLUB IS. WE'RE GOING TO HOST THEM IN FEBRUARY FOR THEIR MEETING LAST YEAR EVEN THOUGH IT WAS COLD AND WET AND RAINY. I THINK WE HAD GREAT ME PAUL FROM WRONG TWO OR THREE AIRPLANES SHOWED UP AND WE STILL HAD NORTH OF 75 TO 80 PEOPLE THAT SHOWED UP TO THAT BREAKFAST IN THE BREAKFAST BE PROVIDED AGAIN THIS YEAR BY THE SAME COMPANY. LOW COUNTRY PRODUCE COULD THIS BREAKFAST LAST YEAR THEY'RE GOING TO DO IT AGAIN THIS YEAR. AND I WOULD CORDIALLY INVITE EVERYBODY TO COME ON OUT AND SEE WHAT THAT'S ALL ABOUT. >> I'M SURE WE'D APPRECIATE MOVING INTO SOME OF THE NUMBERS I WANTED TO HIGHLIGHT OF OUR YEAR IN REVIEW FOR JOHN AND I. >> WE WERE HAVING SOME CONVERSATIONS ABOUT BOTH AIRPORTS BUT TO HIGHLIGHT A W.. IF YOU LOOK AT THE DELIVERABLES [00:05:02] I WOULD SAY THAT WHEN WE BOTH WENT BACK TO 2019 20, 20, 20, 21 IN 2019 THE TOTAL FLOW FOR FUEL THERE WERE ZERO MUCH THAT WE REACHED A TEN THOUSAND GALLON MILESTONE JUMPING OVER THE 20. WE HIT 10000 GALLON MILESTONES IN OCTOBER , NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER THREE MONTHS OUT OF 2020 AND IN 2021 TOTAL GALLONS TOTAL FUEL FLOW NINE OF THE TWELVE MONTHS WE WERE OVER 10000 GALLONS. SO THAT'S SOME PRETTY SIGNIFICANT GROWTH THAT WE'RE SEEING OVER THERE FROM 2019 TO CURRENT AND THE WAY IT'S GO AND I CAN ONLY EXPECT IT TO RISE JUST AS MUCH IF NOT MORE OVER 2022. SO I KNOW PAUL'S EXCITED FOR THE GROWTH IN ACTIVITY OVER THERE. I'M EXCITED AND MORE IMPORTANTLY I'M SURE JOHN IS EXTREMELY EXCITED. SO KUDOS OFF FOR 20 21 AND WHAT YOU'RE ABLE TO DO OVER THERE AND EVERYBODY THAT HELPED OUT WITH INCREASE THE GROWTH ON THE CHARTS AS YOU CAN SEE HAVE GAS ON PAR WITH THE AVERAGE OVER LAST YEAR'S FOURTH. WE BEAT 20 20 JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER MONTH IN 20 21 AND WE WE BELIEVE THAT'S GOING TO CONTINUE TO DO THE SAME IN 2020 TOO. SAME WITH JET JET INCREASED SIGNIFICANTLY OVER OCTOBER , NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER COMPARATIVELY TO 2020 AND 2019. SO FOR EXTREMELY HAPPY ABOUT THAT AND OUR FLIGHT OPERATIONS YOU CAN SEE ON THE CHART THERE JUST KEEP ON GROWING AND GOING UPWARDS. SO EVENTUALLY 2020 ONE HOPEFULLY WILL BE THE LOW NUMBER IN 2020 23 AND 24 WILL BE THE BIG NUMBER. SO HOPEFULLY WE GET ALL THAT GROWTH COMING IN THE NEXT FEW YEARS. NOW IF I COULD MOVE OVER TO A. JOHN IS KIND OF HERE GOT AN EAR IN AND HE'S KIND OF NOT HERE. ORIGINALLY HE WAS GONNA GO UP TO THE STATE HOUSE AND DO SOME LOBBYING FOR THE INFRASTRUCTURE LEGISLATION UP THERE TO LET R R LAWMAKERS KNOW ABOUT WHAT WE NEED HERE. AND HILTON HEAD FOR OUR TERMINAL NO DOUBT THAT HE IS DOING THAT BY PHONE. THE REASON HE DIDN'T GO UP THERE THERE MIGHT BE SOME SORT OF SICK YOUNG MAN IN THE HOUSE THAT HE NEEDS TO ATTEND TO. SO ONE WAY OR ANOTHER I KNOW JOHN'S VOICE IS GOING TO BE HEARD UP AT THE STATE WHETHER HE'S THERE OR NOT. SO GOOD LUCK TO HIM AND HIM. WE'RE BOTH EXCITED TO SEE WHAT WHAT COMES OUT OF THIS MEETING THE STATE LEVEL AND THERE'LL BE MORE DETAILS I'M SURE TO FOLLOW WHEN HE GETS BACK AND HE GETS WORD ON THAT. SO EAGER TO HEAR WHAT HE HAS TO SAY ABOUT ALL THAT. AS YOU GUYS KNOW, WE'RE IN THE MIDDLE OF EXPANDING OUR APRON AT HILTON HEAD. THEY'VE BEEN FINAL GRADING THAT ENTIRE AREA FOR THE PAST COUPLE OF WEEKS. IN PREPARATION TO RUN A TEST ASPHALT STRIP TO MAKE SURE THAT THE COMPOUND AND THE FORMULA IN THE ASPHALT IS CORRECT. ONCE THAT'S VALIDATED AND VERIFIED THEN THEY'LL START RUNNING ASKED FALL AND ASKED. PAUL IS BEING USED AS THE BASE BEFORE CONCRETE GOES ON TOP OF BUT WAS FORCED SEEMING LIKE SUCH SEVERAL MONTHS AGO IS NOW WIDE OPEN SPACE IN THE GRADING REALLY MAKES IT LOOK NICE OUT THERE. CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THE ASPHALT BALL GO DOWN UPDATE ON THE TERMINAL BELOW THAT SOME GREAT MEETINGS WITH COUNTY OFFICIALS AND OUR PARTNERS AT TBN. HE THEN THEIR FINANCE PEOPLE, THEIR BUDGET PEOPLE HAVE GIVEN MEETINGS TO THE COUNTY OFFICIALS ON WAYS THAT WE CAN ACQUIRE GUARANTEE GET THE REMAINING FUNDING. OF COURSE YOU GUYS KNOW THAT THE FAA HAS PRODUCED ROUGHLY 20 MILLION WORTH OF THAT FUNDING 10 MILLION IN TWO SEPARATE YEARS WHICH LEAVES US A DEFICIT OF AROUND 32 MILLION AND THAT WAS VERY POSITIVE. COUPLE OF VERY POSITIVE MEANS THAT JOHN AND I WENT TO. SO WE'RE GETTING CLOSER. I WISH I KNOW JOHN WISHES TOO THAT WE COULD GIVE YOU GUYS A FIRM DATE ON WHEN THEY'RE GOING TO SAY YES, YOU HAVE THAT MOVE FORWARD AND BID IT OUT BUT WE JUST DON'T HAVE THAT YET. AND AS SOON AS WE GET IT I KNOW YOU GUYS WILL BE THE FIRST LOOKING AT HILTON HEADS FEEL OPERATIONS THE SAME SLIDES THEY W AB GAS IN DECEMBER AND FOR THE MONTH THE WHOLE YEAR OF 2021 WAS PRETTY MUCH OUT DUE IN 2020. SO THOSE ARE GOOD NUMBERS THAT WE SEE THERE. JET IS UP AGAIN. WE'RE GROWING. I DON'T KNOW HOW WE CAN SAY [00:10:03] WE'RE NOT GROWING ANYMORE AND LOOKING AT THE FUEL CELLS FOR JET AND GAS OVER THEIR COMMERCIAL MONTH COMPARISONS, YOU KNOW WITH DELTA THEY LEFT US TOOK A SHORT BREAK THIS PAST MONTH AND I BELIEVE THEY COME BACK IN MARCH. >> I COULD BE WRONG. I DON'T WANT TO GIVE OUT SPECIFIC DATES. I DON'T WANT TO BE WRONG. BUT THEY SHOULD BE COMING BACK IN MARCH AND THERE'S NONE. THOSE NUMBERS WILL BE PICKING UP AGAIN. UNITED THOUGH IS STAYING. SO THAT'S THAT'S ONE THING THAT'S CHANGED FROM LAST YEAR. UNITED USUALLY DOES THE SEASONAL NOW THEY'RE HERE. SO THOSE ARE GOOD THINGS. TOTAL FUEL FLOW OUTPACED DECEMBER. DECEMBER'S NUMBERS OUTPACED 2020 AND 20 19 IN THE SAME STORY GOES FURTHER EMPLACEMENTS AND DEPLOYMENTS. WE JUST KEEP OUTPACING THE PREVIOUS MONTHS IN THE PREVIOUS YEAR'S SO I'M EXCITED AND I'VE ONLY BEEN HERE FOR A YEAR AND A HALF GOING ON TWO YEARS. I KNOW JOHN IS EXCITED ABOUT THE GROWTH AND I CAN TELL YOU THAT WE ARE CONSTANTLY BUSY AROUND HERE AND THERE'S NO LACK OF WORK TO BE DONE. >> SO HE'S EITHER OUT TALKING TO SOMEBODY, SHAKING HANDS, TRYING TO CONVINCE WE NEED THIS WE NEED THAT I'M OUT DOING THE SAME THING ON THE OTHER SIDE OR WHATEVER. HE CAN'T GET TO I'M TRYING TO GET TO AS WELL. SO EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE ON TRACK AND MOVING FORWARD AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING SOME MORE PEOPLE OVER HILTON HEAD. EVERYTHING FROM THE MAINTENANCE SIDE TO OUR OPERATIONS AND MAYBE POSSIBLY THE SECURITY SIDE. SO WITH WITH THE GROWTH AND COMMERCIAL AND GENERAL AVIATION TRAFFIC ALSO COMES GROWTH AND OUR PERSONNEL THAT WE NEED TO KEEP UP WITH THIS AIRPORT. SO WITH THAT I'LL CONCLUDE THE DIRECTORS CALL UNLESS ANYBODY HAS ANY QUESTIONS FOR ME. >> HEARING NONE OUR I GUESS I'LL SEND IT BACK OVER TO YOU SIR. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, STEVE. APPRECIATE THE REPORT. I JUST GOT COMMENTS TO ADD ALONG THE LINES OF STEVE WAS DISCUSSING SPECIFICALLY WHERE THEY ARE W FOR THE FIRST TIME AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER MAYBE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THE HISTORY OF THE TWO AIRPORTS ADVANCED FUEL SALES AT ANY W CALENDAR TWO THOUSAND AND TWENTY ONE EXCEEDED AT GAS FUEL SALES AT SIGNATURE AT HILTON HEAD IN 2021. AGAIN I DON'T HAVE THE ENTIRE HISTORY BOOK FOR AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER. I BELIEVE THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT WE'VE SOLD MORE OUR GAS OVER THERE OR NEXT DOOR TO YOU OR W THAN WE DID AT HILTON HEAD. AND JUST AS PERHAPS AN EXCLAMATION MARK HERE. CURRENTLY FUEL PRICES AT A W FOR NINETY NINE A GALLON 15 CENT LESS IF YOU HAPPEN TO CHOOSE FUEL CELL CALL I BELIEVE THAT'S CORRECT AND THAT'S CURRENT FOR NINETY NINE COMPARED TO SEVEN THOUSAND TWENTY ONE SINCE HILTON HEAD FOR THE SAME GAS NO FULL SERVICE AVAILABLE HERE. SO HILTON HEAD IS ABOUT ROUGHLY FORTY FIVE PER CENT HIGHER. SO YOU CAN DRAW YOUR OWN CONCLUSIONS BUT I THINK IT'S A REMARKABLE ACHIEVEMENT TO HAVE A RW ACTUALLY EXCEEDING THE HILTON HEAD OF FUEL SALES. SO NICE GOING GUYS THAT IT'S A NICE EXCLAMATION POINT. STEVE'S REPORT. ANY OTHER QUESTIONS STEVE ALONG THE WAY? IF NOT ANY UNFINISHED BUSINESS THAT ANYBODY WOULD LIKE TO DOUBLE BACK TO VERY, QUITE [10. HILTON HEAD ISLAND AIRPORT (HXD) – APPROVAL FOR AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA) GRANTS FUNDS (VOTE)] PROUD TODAY. HEARING AND SEEING NONE. WE WILL THEN MOVE IN TO NEW BUSINESS AND STEVE WILL GO BACK TO YOU TO DISCUSS THE GRANT REQUEST? YES, SIR. JUST KIND OF A LITTLE KEEP THEREBY OUTDATED. WE'RE LOOKING FOR WORK FROM YOU GUYS. ONE FOR HST AND ONE FOR A RW BUT THEY'RE BOTH THE SAME STYLE GRANT IS THE ARPA GRANT WHICH IS THE AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT THAT CAME OUT AND WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU GUYS. WE'VE ALREADY SUBMITTED FOR THE GRANT GOT APPROVAL BUT WE'D LIKE YOUR GUYS VOTE TO APPROVE BOTH OF THOSE. ALL RIGHT. NO NEED TO DO THAT. WE NEED SOMEBODY TO MAKE A MOTION. TOM, MAYBE MAYBE YOU CAN BE THE MOTION MAKER FOR THIS ONE. ALL RIGHT. TOM SHEAHAN IS THE MOTION MAKER . WE NEED A SECOND. LESLIE AND JIMBO JIM, GOOD TO SEE YOU. JIM IS A SECOND. ANY DISCUSSION MOTION YOU RECEIVED A COPY OF THE YEAR GRAB YOUR QUESTION. DOCUMENT IS THERE AIRPORT OR JUST ONE? THERE'S THERE'S TWO SEPARATE GRANTS ONE FOR CHECKS D AND ONE FOR A R W WHICH ONE ARE WE [00:15:03] VOTING ON? >> I NEED ONE FOR EACH. >> SO IF IT GOES BY NUMBER 10. YOUR FIRST VOTING ON A CHECKS D. GRANT APPROVAL. THANK YOU. THAT MOTION HAS BEEN MADE BY TOM AND SECONDED ON THE TABLE. ANY FURTHER DISCUSSION ON THE 86 H X GRAND IF NOT ALL IN FAVOR SIGNIFY BY HAND? >> ANY OPPOSED IF YOU'RE NOT ON THE SCREEN YOU CAN SAY NAY IF NOT RAISE YOUR HAND IF YOU ARE [11. BEAUFORT EXECUTIVE AIRPORT (ARW) --- APRROVAL FOR AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA) GRANTS FUNDS (VOTE)] OPPOSED. HEARING AND SEEING OPPOSITION MOTION PASSES WE NEED ANOTHER MOTION NOW FOR THE SAME PRAYER REQUEST FOR BEAUFORT EXECUTIVE AIRPORT AND EMOTION MAKER BRIAN WANNA DO THIS ONE? THANK YOU. SECOND, LESLIE AND KIMBERLY YOU GET THE FIRST ONE OF MY LESLIE AND THIS ONE CUT END UP QUICK. ANY DISCUSSION ON THE SECOND MOTION? PLEASE MAKE ONE QUICK QUESTION THERE. SO THE SECOND GRANT HAD TWO DIFFERENT DOLLAR AMOUNTS ARE DOING BOTH FOR OUR W OR THOSE TWO DIFFERENT ITEMS. THAT'S A GOOD QUESTION. >> I DON'T HAVE MY SCREEN UP IN FRONT OF ME. I KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT BUT THERE WAS A UP ABOVE THAT THERE WAS A DOLLAR AMOUNT FOR HILTON HEAD AND THEN THERE WAS A DOLLAR AMOUNT FOR BEAUFORT EXECUTIVE AROUND DOLLAR FIGURE. AND FORGIVE ME I HAD TO MOVE TO A DIFFERENT COMPUTER SO I DON'T HAVE THAT RIGHT ON ME. YEAH, YOU GET CALLS OUT HERE THAT DON'T AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR SOME FIFTY SEVEN ONE THAT SOMEBODY THOUSAND FOR SMALL AIRPORT AND ONE EIGHTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FOR THE LARGER PORT. >> YOU'D BE A LITTLE CONFUSING THERE. YEAH THAT'S EXPLAIN THE RANGE FOR THE LARGE AND THE SMALL AIRPORTS AND THEN EACH AIRPORT GOT AN INDIVIDUAL FUNDING. >> THAT'S WHY WE REQUESTED NICK DOES THAT ANSWER YOUR QUESTION . >> NO. BY DI IT'S ALL RIGHT. I'LL JUST TAKE THAT AS THE ITEM NUMBER TWO IS FOR AIR W AND WE BELIEVE THAT STEVE MAYBE WHEN THE MEETING CONCLUDES WHEN YOU GET BACK TO YOUR OWN COMPUTER. >> YEP. SHOOT AN EMAIL AND YOU CAN DO THAT WITH OK. THAT WOULD BE GREAT. ALL RIGHT. SO WE NEED A VOTE ON THE SECOND MOTION FOR IOW LOCALLY. WE HAVE THAT YET. SO ALL IN FAVOR SHOW OF HANDS AND OPPOSE SHOW OF HANDS OR A NAY DOING NONE. >> THE MOTION PASSES NOT ACTUALLY IF ANYTHING ELSE THAT YOU NEED COVERAGE ON THE NEW [12. CHAIRMAN UPDATE] BUSINESS. THAT'S IT FOR NOW, SIR. THANK YOU. ALL RIGHT. NICE JOB. EXCELLENT. WE NOW CAN MOVE INTO COMMITTEE REPORTS AND I'LL SORT OUT AND WE HAD A BUDGET COMMITTEE REPORT ON BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING WITH JOHN AND STEVE ON DECEMBER 20TH, 2002. TWENTY ONE OVER AT THE FIREHOUSE AT HILTON HEAD IN ATTENDANCE PLUS WAS JOHN AND STEVE MYSELF AND CHRIS NOT NECESSARILY WRAPPING REPRESENTING NORTH AND SOUTH BUT JUST AS PART OF THE BUDGET COMMITTEE. AND AT THAT TIME JOHN PROVIDED A MUCH MORE DETAILED LINE ITEM FOR THE BUDGETS GOING FORWARD. HE NOTED THAT EVEN WITH A MORE DETAILED PRESENTS SOME OF THE ITEMS WERE NOT CLEARLY ACCURATE. THAT STILL HAS TO DO WITH ACCOUNTING SYSTEM AND THE COUNTY WHICH HE WAS VERY HAPPY TO REPORT. THEY'RE WORKING ON GETTING THINGS LINED UP AND DIRECTED SO THAT WITH THE NEW FOLKS OVER THERE AND SOME NEW PROCESSES GOING FORWARD WILL MAKE IT MUCH EASIER FOR JOHN AND STEVE AND THE MANAGEMENT TEAM TO TAKE A LOOK AT FINANCIALS AND MAKE DECISIONS BASED ON A LOT MORE CURRENT INFORMATION THAT THEY THAT THEY'RE WORKING WITH NOW. IT ALL MUST ALSO MAKE BUDGETING PROCESS MUCH EASIER THAN IT IS. TODAY YOU HEARD STEVE TALK ABOUT THE THINGS THAT WE DISCUSSED AT THE BUDGET THE WORKING DAY. W THERE WAS A LITTLE BIT OF WORK ON THE SIDE COMING ALONG AT HILTON HEAD WITH HANK MAINTENANCE. BUT OVERALL THE BUDGET MEETING WE THOUGHT WAS SUCCESSFUL. OUR REVENUES CONTINUE TO INCREASE OUR EXPENSES CONTROL. SO COLLECTIVELY THE TWO AIRPORTS FOR THE COUNTY ARE DOING EXTREMELY WELL. SO THAT'S IT FOR THE BUDGET COMMITTEE. AND THE OTHER COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN THAT I'VE MET WITH THEIR TEAM WILL HAVE A REPORT TO CONTRIBUTE TO THIS MEETING. >> NIGHTLY ABOUT I DON'T HAVE A COMMITTEE REPORT. >> HOWEVER, I DO WANT TO COMPLIMENT THE GROUP THAT DID THE SANTA CLAUS FLY IN AT THE BEAUFORT COUNTY EXECUTIVE AIRPORT BACK IN DECEMBER. MY WIFE AND I DROVE OVER TO OBSERVE THAT AND I THINK IT WAS WELL EXECUTED. THERE WAS PROBABLY ABOUT 75 LITTLE URCHINS OUT THERE AND THE SPONSORING GROUP PROVIDED [00:20:03] EACH URCHIN A LITTLE CHRISTMAS GIFT WHICH INCLUDED SOME SANTA CLAUS WHICH INCLUDED A LITTLE BALSA WOOD GLIDER AND SOME OTHER THINGS. SO A GOOD PR VENTURE AND THEY ARE TO BE COMPLIMENTED FOR THE FINE JOB THEY DID AND APPARENTLY THIS IS YEAR NUMBER TWO OR THREE AND IT'S GROWING IN POPULARITY. I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST THAT WHEN WE HAVE ORGANIZATIONS DOING THESE TYPE THINGS THAT IF WE CAN IN SOME WAY HELP THEM BY SUPPORT MARKETING TO THE COMMUNITY, IT WOULD BENEFIT THEM BUT ALSO WOULD BENEFIT THE IMAGE OF OUR AIRPORTS AS BEING COMMUNITY ASSETS. WESLEY THAT'S SOMETHING ALSO. YEAH, I JUST WANTED TO MENTION TO STEVE THAT I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO GETTING TOGETHER WITH HIM OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF MONTHS SO WE CAN WORK OUT THE DETAILS OF THE AMBASSADOR PROGRAM. >> AND I AM ACTIVELY RECRUITING AMBASSADORS RIGHT NOW. SO IF ANY OF YOU KNOW OF ANY ONE I'VE GOT A WHOLE LIST HERE I'M STARTING TO TAKE NAMES. I'M MOSTLY WORKING THROUGH THE CHAMBER AND THE HOSPITALITY CENTER TO GET SOME OF THESE NAMES. BUT ANYONE WANTS TO DO IT OR KNOWS SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO DO IT. LET ME KNOW. LESLIE, I THINK IT WOULD BE HELPFUL IF YOU GET A MINUTE AND YOU CAN SEND THE BOARD MEMBERS AN EMAIL NOTING WHAT THE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES OF THE AMBASSADOR WILL BE. SO AS WE ALL TALK ABOUT IT, WE CAN PROVIDE SOME MEANINGFUL INFORMATION TO ANY OF THOSE WHO ARE INTERESTED. GOOD. THAT'S GOOD. OKAY. I'D LIKE TO GET TOGETHER WITH STEVE BEFORE I DO THAT TO MAKE SURE WE'RE ALL ON THE SAME PAGE. SO IT MIGHT BE A MONTH OR SO COMING BECAUSE I KNOW STEVE'S BUSY BUT WE'LL KNOW WHENEVER YOU'RE READY. >> I MAKE TIME FOR YOU ANY DAY, MISS LESLIE. THANK YOU, STEVE. ALL RIGHT. LET'S WATCH IT, FOLKS. ANYBODY ELSE ANY OTHER COMMITTEE REPORTS? ALL RIGHT. GOING FORWARD WE WILL EXPECT A LITTLE MORE INVOLVEMENT OF OUR COMMITTEE CHAIRPERSONS AND GETTING THEIR GROUPS TOGETHER. AND CONTRIBUTING SOME OF OUR MEETING SO FOR ONE OIL MEETING IN FEBRUARY WE'LL GO THROUGH EACH OF THE COMMITTEES BY NAME AND HOPEFULLY WE'LL HAVE SOME PROJECTS THAT JOHN AND STEVE CAN AND TAKE A LOOK AT. ANY OTHER COMMITTEE REPORT COMMENTS, ANYTHING ELSE FROM ANY OF THE OTHER COMMITTEES? >> ALL GOING TO GO BACK TO OUR CITIZEN COMMENT PERIOD AGAIN. I THINK ONCE AGAIN I REMIND YOU THIS IS A TIME PERIOD FOR ANY OF OUR GUESTS WHO ARE IN ATTENDANCE TO ADDRESS THE BOARD. AND ONCE AGAIN WE ASK THAT YOU MAKE YOUR COMMENTS LIMITED TO ABOUT THREE MINUTES. SO ANY FOLKS LIKE TO CHAT WITH THE BOARD? OH, EXCELLENT. JIM, IT'S NICE TO HAVE YOU BACK WITH SIGHT AND SOUND THIS MONTH. EXCELLENT. GOOD JOB. PUT DOWN CITIZEN COME. IF WE HAVE NOTHING ELSE, SO BE IT TO A ONCE. THIRTY ONE MINUTES IS A PRETTY RAPID BOARD MEETING. ANYBODY ELSE ANY OTHER COMMENTS ? IF NOT, I'LL ENTERTAIN A MOTION TO ADJOURN THE MEETING AND ADJOURN. TOM. SECOND OK. WITH THAT A REMINDER THAT THE NEXT MEETING IS THURSDAY FEBRUARY 17TH 130. AND AT THE MOMENT IT LOOKS LIKE IT MAY BE IN-PERSON MEETING. PLEASE CHECK THE REVISED SCHEDULE THAT WAS SENT OUT THE OTHER DAY. THE STATION. BUT IF THERE ARE ANY CHANGES IT'LL ALL BE CONFIRMED. SO WITH THAT MEETING IS ADJOURNED. WE'LL SEE YOU NEXT MONTH. * This transcript was compiled from uncorrected Closed Captioning.
