[00:00:10]
ALRIGHT, UM, BELIEVE IT'S TIME TO CALL THE PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD, UH, ADVISORY BOARD MEETING.
UM, OR, UH, WE DO HAVE A QUORUM.
WE HAVE, UH, UM, WE'RE ALL ON ZOOM AS WELL.
SO WE HAVE A TOTAL TOTAL FIVE.
SO IF WE CAN STAND AND DO THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, I PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND TO THE REPUBLIC WHERE RICHARD SAYINGS, ONE NATION UNDER GOD, INDIVISIBLE WITH LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL.
SO INTRODUCTIONS, UH, BRUCE JAEGER, CHAIRMAN, UH, SOUTH ABROAD.
DEPUTY DIRECTOR FOR PARKS RECREATION.
UM, THIS IS WHAT HE REVIEWED THE AGENDA.
CAN I GET AN APPROVAL OF THE, UH, THE GENTLEMEN ON FAVOR? ALRIGHT, THANK YOU.
DO WE HAVE ANYONE HERE? PROBABLY COMMON.
ARE YOU HERE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT OR JUST A, I WAS JUST INTERESTED IN GETTING SOME UPDATES ON THE ABUSE FOR DOWNTOWN.
SO, UH, UH, THERE'S NO PUBLIC COMMENT.
SO LET'S MOVE TO ITEM NUMBER SIX, WHICH IS REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF THE AUGUST MINUTES.
UH, ACTUALLY THE SEPTEMBER MINUTES.
SO I SHOULD CHECK THAT WITH THE AGENDA.
DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY COMMENTS ON THE MINUTES? OKAY.
I HAD A CALL WITH JUST AT THE BOTTOM, SHOULD BE SEPTEMBER ON EACH, UM, FOOTER VERSUS AUGUST.
AND, UH, JUST TO MAKE A NOTATION THAT WE DID NOT MEET IN NOVEMBER, UM, DUE TO, I THINK THE, UH, UM, THE ROOM BEING, UH, UTILIZED AND HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET A CORE.
SO DOES ANYBODY ELSE HAVE ANY COMMENTS ON MINUTES? THEY GET A MOTION TO ACCEPT THOSE SECOND.
SO I GUESS WE'RE GOING RIGHT INTO THE DIRECTORS.
YEAH, YOU CAN JUST ADD THE ZUNE BACKGROUND KIND OF THING.
[00:05:50]
WELL, I STILL SEE, WELL, SO IT'S GOING UP.DOES HE SEE YOUR SCREEN? CAN YOU SEE IT? NO.
NAH, WAY I CAN HEAR EVERYTHING YOU'RE SAYING NOW WHEN YOU HIT SHARE SCREEN, JUST SHARE THE MAIN SCREEN, EVEN THOUGH IT LOOKS LIKE A ZOOM WINDOW, HIT SHARE SCREEN AND HIT THE MAIN SCREEN AND IT SHOULD POP UP THE POWER ONE.
WHEN YOU DO THAT RIGHT HERE, I CAN SEE IT.
SO THAT'S IT THAT YOU LIKE OKAY.
NOW THAT WE'VE HAD A LITTLE EXCITEMENT, SO SOFTWARE UPDATE JUST WANTED TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT WE HAVE OFFICIALLY SWITCHED EVERYTHING OVER TO, UM, RIGHT DESK.
I THINK THE EMPLOYEES REALLY SEEM TO LIKE IT.
UM, THE SCHEDULING, WE HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF AN ISSUE WITH, BUT WE'VE, YOU KNOW, SUGGESTED SOME FUTURE ENHANCEMENTS.
SO HOPEFULLY, YOU KNOW, THAT'LL COME ALONG.
UM, PICKLEBALL UPDATE, BLUFFTON PICKLEBALL COURTS HAVE BEEN DONE AND THEY ARE BEING UTILIZED REALLY WELL.
UM, EVEN CHRISTMAS DAY I WROTE BY AND THERE WAS 20 PEOPLE OUT THERE.
SO, UM, THEY'RE, THEY'RE BEING USED A LOT.
LYNN BROWN, UM, LYNN BROWN IS OFFICIALLY OPEN, UM, 11 TO SEVEN, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
UM, WE ORDERED SOME WORKOUT EQUIPMENT.
WE HAVE, UM, CARDIO OFF OF THE GYM AND, UM, WE'RE GOING TO GET SOME PROGRAMMING IN THERE.
UM, HAVE OPEN BASKETBALL, UM, PICKLEBALL, IT CAN GO IN THERE AND PLAY.
WE JUST OPENED IT, UM, LAST WEEK WHEN IT WAS LAST WEEK.
UM, BUT THE WORKOUT EQUIPMENT WAS ORDERED.
SO I THINK ONCE THAT GETS THERE, THEN IT'S GOING TO ATTRACT MORE PEOPLE TO USE IT.
HAVE YOU HAD ANY FURTHER, UH, CONVERSATION WITH THE GUY WHO WAS AT OUR LAST MEETING ABOUT POLY BALL? WAS HE, IS HE FOLLOWED UP ON THAT AND HE'S AT HE, HE MENTIONED IT DEREK.
UM, WE DON'T REALLY, WE DON'T HAVE VOLLEYBALL STUFF OVER THERE.
WE'RE GOING TO TALK WITH HIM ABOUT 70 30.
UM, BUT RIGHT NOW WE'VE HAD OUR BASKETBALL GOING ON AND THEN WITH THE PICKLE BALL AND OPEN GYM, YOU KNOW, UM, WE'RE GOING TO HAVE TO SIT DOWN AND FIGURE OUT I HADN'T HEARD FOR, I HAVEN'T HEARD PLUMBING, UM, DOWNTOWN TENNIS UPDATE.
SO, UM, IT GOES TO PUBLIC FACILITIES ON MONDAY, WE RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM A CITIZEN INFORMING US THAT BUFORD COUNTY, UM, WAS THAT LIABILITY IF SOMEONE GOT HURT OUT THERE BECAUSE THE COURTS WERE SO, UM, DILAPIDATED AND DANGEROUS.
SO WE TOOK IT UPON OURSELVES WHEN WE BASICALLY WERE PUT ON NOTICE, UM, THAT WE NEEDED TO SHUT THEM DOWN.
UM, AND WE JUST LEFT ONE COURT OPEN THE BEST COURT.
UM, IT'S BEEN GOING THROUGH SURVEYS AND ENGINEER AND STORMWATER AND ALL THAT KIND OF STUFF THAT GOT DONE.
IT'S GOING, UM, WE WERE AWARDED THE, UM, PART GRANT ON IT AS WELL AS A TAX GRANT MONEY ON IT.
AND, UM, COUNSEL IS, UM, FOOTING THE BILL FOR THE DIFFERENCE, WHICH IS RIGHT NOW RUNNING AROUND $800,000 FOR THE PROJECT ITSELF.
[00:10:01]
THE ENTIRE THING DOWN ALL WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE CON UM, SESSION OR BATHROOM BUILDING.ALL THE COURTS ARE BEING TORN OUT, ALL THE FENCING'S COMING DOWN, EVERYTHING'S GOING BACK IN NEW.
SO, UM, WE'RE EXPECTING THAT IT'S PROBABLY GOING TO TAKE EIGHT TO 10 MONTHS ONCE IT STARTS.
THAT WAS, THAT WAS IN ADDITION TO THE, THAT WAS THE, THE, UH, REMIND ME OUR TAX AND ANY TAX APART LIKE 70,000, I THINK SO.
YEAH, IT'S BEEN A WHILE, BUT, YOU KNOW, UM, AND THEN WE HAD THE MONEY FROM THE SALE OF BOB JONES THAT WE KNEW WE COULD FLIP INTO IT TOO.
SO, UM, YOU SEE ANY FINAL APPROVAL AND THEN RIGHT, IT'LL GO TO PUBLIC FACILITIES ON MONDAY FOR APPROVAL.
UM, BUT IT IS GOING TO BE A LENGTHY PROJECT BECAUSE LIKE I SAID, IT'S GOING FROM SCRATCH.
UM, SHELL POINT PART, WE'VE HAD SOME COMPLAINTS, UM, OVER AT SHELL POINT PARK PEOPLE DON'T LIKE THE FACT THAT THEY CAN'T TAKE THEIR DOGS OVER THERE, UM, AND LET THEIR DOGS RUN LOOSE.
SO WE, UM, HAVE SURVEYED AN AREA IN THE MIDDLE OF SHELL POINT PARK THAT HAS ALREADY AN EXISTING FENCE, AND WE'RE GOING TO ADD ON TO IT AND MAKE A DOG PARK WHERE THAT FENCE IS.
SO IT'LL HOPEFULLY ALLEVIATE SOME OF THE COMPLAINTS ABOUT NOT TAKING YOUR DOG OUT THERE.
SO IT WAS SUPPOSED TO COME BACK TO YOU GUYS FROM THE LAST MEETING ON THE $5 INFLATABLE FEE.
UM, AND SEE IF WE WANT TO LEAVE THAT.
I THINK WE DID IT AS A TEMPORARY FEE.
AND SO, UM, WE NEED TO VOTE TO LEAVE IT OR, OR WHAT WE WANT TO SEEMS TO BE GOING WELL.
I DON'T THINK WE'VE HAD ANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT, I MEAN, SO IT'S WORDED THE WAY THAT YOU WANTED TO WORK AT FIVE HOURS.
SO YOU NEED US TO PUT A MOTION TOGETHER TO KEEP IT AT FIVE.
SO THE MOTION IS TO MAINTAIN THE FEE ITS EXISTING $5 RATE THAT WAS APPROVED AT THE LAST WEEK.
AND THEN WE'VE HAD, UM, A COUPLE OF PEOPLE THAT HAVE ASKED FOR A JASPER COUNTY MONTHLY FEE.
UM, WE DID THAT, YOU KNOW, HERE AT THE REC CENTER, UM, WHERE WE, OUR MONTHLY FEE WAS $10.
WE DID A JASPER COUNTY MONTHLY FEE OF $25 HERE AT THE REC CENTER.
SO MY RECOMMENDATION IS THAT WE DO A $50 JASPER COUNTY, MONTHLY FEE.
HOW MANY PEOPLE DO WE HAVE FROM JASPER COUNTY REQUESTS? I DON'T KNOW, OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD.
AND THESE PEOPLE, THIS IS JUST TO HAVE THE ABILITY TO COME UTILIZE THE POOL IN OLDEN SLIM SITUATIONS WHEN CORRECT FIRST COME FIRST, SERVE THE GYM.
SO WITH THE GYM, WE CHARGED $10 FOR A MONTH, LIKE FEE FOR THE GENTLEMAN, 25 FOR A JASPER COUNTY.
SO IT'S ACTUALLY A LITTLE OVER DOUBLE.
UM, THE POOLS, THE FEES ARE A LITTLE HIGHER, SO, UM, I DIDN'T GO A LITTLE OVER DOUBLE.
WE'RE ONLY TALKING ABOUT THE POOL FOR JEFF'S OR CAM RIGHT NOW.
I'M GOING TO DEFER TO YOU ON THAT.
ANYBODY HAVE ANY QUESTIONS? ANY DISCUSSION.
SO WE'LL MAKE A MOTION THAT WE ACCEPT THAT FATE.
BEFORE YOU SIT DOWN, I JUST HAD A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS FOR YOU.
I THINK SHANNON WOULD BE ADDRESSED TO YOU.
UM, BASED ON OUR, OUR, OUR LAST MEETING WE WERE GOING TO, UM, LET ME SEE.
WE TALKED ABOUT ONE OF THE TWO MOVIE PASSES FOR, UM,
[00:15:01]
FOUR LANES AND THINGS LIKE THAT.DID WE SETTLE UP? SO ARE WE DOING THAT NOW? OKAY.
SO WE'RE, WE'RE ALLOWING THEM.
AND THEN THE, MAYBE THIS IS MORE APPROPRIATE WHEN WE DISCUSSED THE POOLS, BUT WAS THE POOL IS ASSAULTED.
WE WERE EXPECTING A REPORT ABOUT, YOU KNOW, THEY'VE BEEN GOING AROUND, THEY WERE TOURING LAST WEEK, SO WE HAVEN'T DONE.
AND HOW ARE THE, UH, OUR HOW'S THE BINS WORKING OUT? BECAUSE I THINK THIS SAYS THAT THE, UH, FACT IMMEDIATELY HAD AN END DATE IS THE NEXT BOARD MEETING AND REASSESSED.
SO I GUESS THE REASSESSMENT IS, AND SO THIS COMES BACK OR WE ARE, UH, UH, ASKED TO ADDRESS ANY GAINS IN FEES AND THAT'S FINE.
GOOD TO SEE EVERYBODY JUST GIVE THEM A LITTLE UPDATE, ESPECIALLY ON OUR ATHLETICS.
WE WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF, UH, WELL, BASICALLY ENDING REGISTRATION FOR, UH, OUR YOUTH SPORTS.
WE STILL HAD SOME ADULT SPORTS GOING ON BACK IN SEPTEMBER WHEN WE LAST MET, WE, UH, WE ENDED UP WITH 42, UH, ADULT SOFTBALL TEAMS HERE IN BLUFFTON, WHICH WAS UP 10 TEAMS IS WE REALLY DON'T SOLVE ON BLOOD.
THAT'S REALLY, REALLY BOOMING AT THE MOMENT.
I DON'T SEE IT STOPPING ANYTIME SOON.
UH, WE HAD ALSO BLOCKED AN ADULT VOLLEYBALL AND, UH, DO FOR DON'T BASE WHOLE REGISTRATION GOING ON THAT TIME AS WELL.
AND THEY ENDED UP WITH THE SAME TEAMS THAT WE, WE NORMALLY HAVE.
SO, UH, DON'T SPORTS OR STILL DO RUN REAL SMOOTH AT THE MOMENT.
AND THEN, UH, WE HAD, UH, SOME SOCCER STATE CHAMPIONS, UH, IN THE SPRING OR EXCUSE ME IN THE FALL WE HAD A, THE GIRLS PLAYED IN MALDEN, UH, MIDDLE OF NOVEMBER, I BELIEVE, RIGHT BEFORE THANKSGIVING BREAK, THEY HAD THE SCOTT STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS AND OUR AAU GIRLS AND A TENUE GIRLS OUT OF BLUFFTON.
UM, ALONG WITH THE 12 YEAR GIRLS ALL WON THE STATE CHAMPIONSHIP AND, UH, LUCKILY ENOUGH, OUR BUFORD GIRLS, ARE YOU GOING TO CONTINUE? THEY CAME RUNNER UP.
SO IT WAS GOOD TO SEE, UH, THAT MUCH, UH, YOU KNOW, WINNING, I GUESS YOU COULD SAY.
AND, UH, OUT OF THE TEAMS FROM THE AREA AND THEN OUR, UH, BLUFFTON 12 YEAR BOYS, THEY PLAYED IN, UH, SUMPTER FIRST WEEKEND IN DECEMBER AND THEY WON THE STATE CHAMPIONSHIP.
SO WE, WE HAD LOT OF THERE'S SOME PICTURES OF WHO HAS THE TENURED GIRLS TEAM OF AT TA AT THE TOP, UH, THE, UH, 12 YEAR GIRLS DOWN HERE AT THE BOTTOM AND THEN OUR 12 YEAR BOYS THE BOTTOM.
THIS WAS THE, UH, TENURED GIRLS TEAMS FROM BOTH BUFORD AND BLUFFTON DECIDED TO GET A PICTURE OF BOTH TEAMS WHENEVER, BEFORE THEY LEFT.
SO JUST KIND OF THOSE TEAMS ACTUALLY PLAYED AGAINST EACH OTHER DURING THE REGULAR SEASON, YOU KNOW, THE REV REC TEAM.
SO THOSE GIRLS WERE VERY FAMILIAR WITH EACH OTHER AS IT WAS A, IT WAS A GOOD SEASON ALL AROUND FOR SOCCER, AS Y'ALL KNOW WHERE WE USUALLY HAVE PRETTY GOOD SUCCESS IN SOCCER OWN AT THE STATE CHAMPIONSHIP STATE LEVEL.
AND THEN JUST WHAT'S GOING ON RIGHT NOW.
WE, UH, WE HAVE, YOU KNOW, OBVIOUSLY WINTER BASKETBALL IS BEGUN.
UH, NUMBERS WERE REALLY GOOD THIS YEAR.
UH, WE HAD, UH, 268 AND, UM, AND BUFORD THAT'S UP 56 FROM LAST YEAR.
AND THEN, UH, BLUFFTON 708 KIDS.
THAT'S UP 46 FROM, UH, WELL, NOT LAST YEAR, EXCUSE ME, ACTUALLY DID PRE COVID AS Y'ALL KNOW, YOU KNOW, WHENEVER LAST WINTER BASKETBALL SEASON WAS TOUGH JUST BECAUSE OF BEING INDOORS, MASS SITUATION, THINGS OF THAT NATURE.
UH, SO THIS WAS MORE REASONABLE NUMBERS FROM TWO YEARS BEFORE.
AND, UH, SO WE'RE, WE'RE STILL, YOU KNOW, CLIMBING WHEN IT COMES TO PARTICIPATION AND THAT THAT'S, YOU KNOW, ROUGHLY SIX TO FIVE TO SIX TEAMS ON EACH SIDE THAT WE'VE, UM, INCREASED, UH, PARTICIPATION IN YOUTH BASKETBALL.
AND LASTLY, WE DECIDED TO GO TO STAR, WE, WE HAD, YOU KNOW, FALL ADULT KICKBALL AND WE, OR EXCUSE ME, LATE SUMMER, I GUESS, AND MORE WAS, UH, AND WE HAD GOOD SUCCESS WITH IT AND THEY KEPT, WE KEPT TRYING TO FIND A SEASON.
WE COULD HAVE ANOTHER KICKOFF SEASON.
COACH GUYS Y'ALL KNOW ADULT SOFTBALL IS PRETTY BIG.
SO ANYWAY, UH, THEY, THEY ASKED IF WE COULD TRY A WINTER PROGRAM.
SO CURRENTLY, UH, DON'T KICK BALLS GOING ON RIGHT NOW.
WE HAVE 112 PARTICIPATING AND A, I KNOW WHAT WAS IT, LAST THURSDAY, THEY WERE PLAYING THEY'RE ALL OUT THERE AND HOODIES AND JACKETS AND WHATNOT, BUT I THINK THEY'RE HAVING A GOOD TIME.
SO I THINK ONE OF KICKBALL MIGHT BE HERE TO STAY.
[00:20:01]
HAVE ANY QUESTIONS? WHAT KIND OF USED TO WE GET ON THOSE BASEBALL FIELDS THAT WE BUILT OUT THE ARM FIELD? WELL, THAT'S ACTUALLY WHAT WE PLAY.WE'RE PLAYING A, DON'T KEEP , UH, DYS BLOOD TO USE SPORTS.
YOU STILL USE IT A LOT FOR PRIVATE, ESPECIALLY IN THE SPRING IT DOES WORK OUT WELL.
AND WE HAD, WE DID HAVE TO PUT A NEW FENCE OUT THERE.
THERE WERE THE FIRST KICKBALL SEASON.
THEY MADE IT A HABIT OF JUMPING THE FENCE.
SO THEY'D PARK, YOU KNOW, CAUSE THE PARKING THERE AT THE FRONT END, THERE'S NOT A LOT OF PAVED PARKING.
SO THE APARTMENT ON THE GRASS AND JUMP OVER THE FENCE.
SO, UH, AND THIS IS A LITTLE NEEDED, A LITTLE LOVE ANYWAYS.
IF WE GOT A NEW FENCE AND SO EIGHT FOOT FENCE DOOR, THEY CAME, JUMP IT AS EASILY OUT.
THEY ARE GETTING A LOT OF USE OUT OF THERE.
UM, OUR BETTER CREEK IS CLOSE CURRENTLY RIGHT NOW BECAUSE IT IS BEING RESURFACED.
SO I'LL LET YOU KNOW ABOUT ALL THE OTHER HOLES.
SO OUR BEAVER INDOOR POOL, OUR POOL HOURS UNTIL BATTERY CREEK OPENS BACK UP RIGHT NOW, THEY'RE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, EIGHT TO 12, AND THEN ONE TO SEVEN, SATURDAYS ARE 10 30 TO FOUR 30 FOR OUR INFLATABLES.
WE HAVE OUR REGULAR CLASSES, MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS FROM SIX TO SIX 30.
AND THEN WE HAVE OUR WATER AEROBICS, MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS FROM ONE 30 TO TWO 30 AND OUR LIFEGUARDING CLASS.
UM, WHEN WE HAD IT STARTING ON JANUARY 7TH, UM, TILL JANUARY 14TH, OUR BLOOD WOULD POOL HOURS ARE MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY, EIGHT IN THE MORNING TILL NINE, THEN FROM, FROM FRIDAY'S EIGHT TO 12 AND THEN ONE TO SEVEN, UM, ON MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS, IT GOES FROM ONE TO SEVEN AFTERWARDS.
UM, ARE BOTH THE CLASS AS WELL AS MONDAYS FIVE 30 TO SIX AND SIX, 15 TO 7 45, OUR WATER ROVER CLASSES, MONDAY, WEDNESDAYS AND FRIDAYS EIGHT 30 TO NINE 30.
AND THEN OUR NEXT LIFEGUARDING CLASS IS FEBRUARY 4TH THROUGH FEBRUARY 11TH.
AND OUR SWIM TEAM THAT WE HAVE AT THAT POOL IS OUR FINN'S SWIM TEAM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 47.
WE ALSO OFFER GROUPS ALMOST SIMMONS AND PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS.
UM, AT THIS TIME WE ACTUALLY DON'T HAVE ANY NEW LESSONS OCCURRING BECAUSE WE ARE SHORT STAFFED, BUT IT IS THERE IF WE GET ENOUGH STAFF, UM, BUT OUR SCHOOLS HOME LESSONS ARE CURRENTLY GOING ON AND THEY ARE FROM NINE TO 12 IN THE MORNING IN QUESTIONS, WRINKLES, HOW ARE OUR CLASSES BOLD? AND THEY HAVE THE PERSON, THE ONE THAT WE CURRENTLY HAD, WE HAD TWO PEOPLE INTERESTED IN IT, BUT THEY DID NOT SHOW ANY FROM THIS ONE, FEBRUARY THREE PEOPLE WHERE ALREADY ASKED ABOUT IT, BUT WE WERE WAITING FOR THEM TO DO THE PRE-COURSES AND EVERYTHING FOR THEM TO BE ABLE TO GET INTO THE CLASS.
SO IT HAS, WE HAVE A BIG NEED FOR LIFE.
THERE JUST ISN'T ANYONE AVAILABLE, FINDING EMPLOYEES ALL OVER? YEAH.
SO AS YOU CAN SAY, IT'S WITH EVERYTHING.
UM, WE NEED TWO ASSISTANT AQUATICS MANAGERS, FIVE FULL TIME AND FIVE PART-TIME LIFEGUARD.
SO WE'RE ABOUT DOWN 12 AT THE POLLS, UM, MAINTENANCE.
WE HAVE SEVEN POSITIONS TO FILL AND RECORDS FOR, TO FILL WE'RE RUNNING SKELETON CREWS, BUT WE'VE ALSO CUT THE HOURS BACK.
SO, YOU KNOW, WE USED TO HAVE BATTERY CREEK OPEN FIVE DAYS A WEEK VIEW OPEN FIVE DAYS A WEEK.
NOW BUFORD IS OPEN THREE DAYS A WEEK, BATTERY CREEK, TWO DAYS A WEEK.
SO WE'RE HAVING TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS.
AND THEN WE HAD TO CLOSE IN THE MORNINGS FOR THE SCHOOL SWIM LESSONS, CLOSE TO THE PUBLIC BECAUSE WE HAVE ENOUGH LIVE CARDS TO COVER.
SO WE'RE JUST MAKING THE ADJUSTMENTS AS WE HAVE TO, TO MAKE SURE THAT WE'VE GOT THE PROPER COVERAGE AND NEXT MEETING WILL BE THURSDAY, MARCH THE THIRD END, BUFORD.
ANY QUESTIONS? I DID A QUESTION ABOUT EMPLOYEES, WHERE DO WE, I MEAN, YOU SPLIT THE NEWSPAPER.
WHAT DOES OUR WEBSITE, I MEAN, WE'RE, YOU KNOW, IT'S ON OUR WEBSITE,
[00:25:01]
EMPLOYEE SERVICES IS GONE TO, UM, THE COLLEGE CAMPUSES AND THAT IS WITH THE WHOLE, I MEAN, PEOPLE DON'T WORK ANYMORE.THE TWO PEOPLE AT THE POOLS, WHAT WAS THE GENTLEMAN'S HEAD EASTWARD POOLS THAT RAN THE, WHAT WAS THE THING THAT SARAN OR POOL ONE OF THE THREE RIGHT ASSISTANCE.
AND SO NOW ANNIE'S OVER ALL THREE OF THE POOLS AND THEN WE HAVE, SHE HAS ASSISTANCE AT EACH POOL UP UNDER HER.
WELL, HOW WAS, HOW WAS IN GENERAL, EVERYTHING GOING DOWN WITH THE LATEST THING WITH COVID OR RIGHT NOW WE'RE SHUT DOWN WITH BASKETBALL UNTIL NEXT TUESDAY, BECAUSE IT WAS JUST IT.
AND, AND I HAVE TO MOM ATHLETICS PEOPLE OUT WITH IT, AND IT WAS COACH AFTER COACH, CHILD AFTER CHILD, PARENT AFTER PARENT.
AND SO WE JUST SAID, YOU KNOW WHAT, WE'RE GOING TO SHUT IT DOWN FOR A WEEK AND SEE IF WE CAN GET THROUGH IT.
AND THEN WE GO BACK AND IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN, WE'RE KIND OF ON THE SAME ROAD.
I'LL PROBABLY JUST KEEP GOING.
LIKE THE SCHOOL WAS GOING, OKAY.
EVERYTHING ELSE PRETTY MUCH ALL THE TIME.
ANYTHING ELSE FOR MATH? I'LL TAKE A MOTION TO ADJOURN.
