AS OF JULY TWENTY NINTH WE HAVE SPENT TEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY DOLLARS FOR ROOFING REPAIRS AS WELL. THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR A SEPTIC PUMP OUT.

TWO HOMES AND SERVICE THROUGH THIS IN THREE HOMES ARE AWAITING CONTRACTOR ESTIMATES TO BEGIN WORK. HE'S BEEN WORKING WITH THE CONTRACTORS WITH A LOT OF RAIN THAT WE'VE BEEN RECEIVING RECENTLY. IT'S BEEN DIFFICULT FOR HER TO TO GET THE CONTRACTORS COME OUT TO THE SITES BUT SHE HAS BEEN WORKING DILIGENTLY WITH THEM.

DO HAVE THE BUDGET HERE JUST SO THAT THAT WAY YOU CAN SEE IT FROM A NUMERICAL STANDPOINT.

AND WE HAVE SAID ACTIVELY 3 3 PROJECTS AND SHE DOES HAVE AN ADDITIONAL INDIVIDUALS THAT ARE LOOKING TO MOVE THROUGH THE INCOME VERIFICATION PROCESS. SHE'S BEEN VERY ACTIVE IN GOING THE COMMUNITY AND GETTING PEOPLE FINDING PEOPLE THAT NEED THE ASSISTANCE.

TOWN STAFF DID MEET WITH STATE OF MIND PARTNERS ABOUT TWO WEEKS AGO TO START TO CONTINUE THE DISCUSSION REGARDING THEIR THEIR CONTRACT AS MOST OF YOU KNOW THAT YOU KNOW, PRICES OF MATERIAL HAVE SKYROCKETED. ABOUT TWO MONTHS OR SO AGO PRICES ARE SLOWLY STARTING TO COME DOWN WHICH IS GREAT. THE APPLICANT IS WORKING ON STRUCTURING THE CONTRACT IN ORDER FOR US TO KIND OF BREAK IT UP AND MOVE FORWARD WITH SMALLER PHASES SO THAT WAY WE CAN GET SOME OF THESE SOFT COSTS AS WE TALKED ABOUT THEM THE SOFT COSTS OF ENGINEERING COSTS. UNDERSTOOD.

BEFORE WE START MOVING INTO ACTUAL BUILDING MATERIAL SIDE OF THINGS.

SO WE'RE STARTING TO WORK SOFT COSTS AS WELL AS START TO GET ACTUAL DESIGNS PUT TOGETHER AND AS THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS WILL EVENTUALLY GIVE THIS TO YOU. BUT WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT WE'RE WORKING ON, YOU KNOW, DEFINITE WORKING ON STEP 1, GET THAT ESTABLISHED BEFORE WE'RE

GREGORY THE GREAT TO GIVE EVERYONE KIND OF A LITTLE RECAP OVER THE PAST TWO AND A HALF YEARS. GREGORY THE GREAT CAME TO THE TOWN TO ANNEX INTO THE TOWN AND THEY HAD APPROXIMATELY SIXTY ONE ACRES OF LAND WITH THAT THEY HAD TO DO A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT A P D AMENDMENT A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AMENDMENT TO MASTER PLAN BELIEFS AND TAX CHANGES AND ZONING MAP AMENDMENTS. SO THERE WAS A LOT OF PROCESSES THAT WE HAD TO GO THROUGH IN ORDER TO GET THEM INTO THE TOWN.

THIS RIGHT HERE IS A MASTER PLAN SHOWING YOU KIND OF THE LAYOUT A LOT OF THE EXISTING BUILDINGS THAT ARE OUT ON THE CAMPUS AS WELL AS AREAS FOR POTENTIAL FUTURE DEVELOPMENT.

BOTH FOR THE CIVIC USE OF ST. GREGORY, THE GREAT AND THEN POTENTIAL FOR A COMMERCIAL COMPONENT AND THIS COMMERCIAL COMMERCIAL COMPONENT ITS YELLOW HIGHLIGHTED IN RED.

THEY RECEIVED DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS OF APPROXIMATELY 10 ACRES OF COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT AND THEN ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS, DWELLING UNITS ARE ALLOWED FOR MULTIFAMILY DEVELOPMENT AS WELL AS THE USE FOR HOTEL WHICH HOTEL?

SO IN ESSENCE IF A HUNDRED AND TWENTY ROOM HOTEL WERE TO COME IN THEY WOULD BE REQUIRED TO USE 60 OF THOSE DWELLING UNITS THROUGH THE PROCESS AND WITH THE HELP OF TOWN COUNCIL WE WERE ACTUALLY ABLE TO NEGOTIATE WITH ST. GREGORY THE GREAT. SO THAT WAY IN THE FUTURE IF THERE IS ANY RESIDENTIAL MULTIFAMILY COMPONENT THAT'S DEVELOPED THAT IS NOT A HOTEL OR NOT ASSOCIATED WITH THE CHURCH AS A CLERGY RETIREMENT FACILITY. SO MEANING ANY MARKET AVAILABLE APARTMENTS OR MULTI FAMILY UNITS THAT THEY WOULD BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE 20 PERCENT OF THAT DEVELOPMENT HAS AT A MINIMUM FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING. SO WE'RE ABLE TO DEPENDING ON WHATEVER THAT NUMBER IS IT'S FLEETING ME AT THIS VERY MOMENT BUT I THINK WE HAD AN ESTIMATE OF ANYWHERE BETWEEN 20 AND 40 UNITS. THAT'S POTENTIAL FOR FOUR AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS. SO THIS FINALLY WENT THROUGH TOWN COUNCIL THERE AND WENT TO THE JULY 13TH MEETING AND THEN WE WE TABLED UNTIL THE 20TH AND THEN IT WAS FINALLY APPROVED.

SO STAFF IS IN THE PROCESS OF MAKING SURE ALL THE DOCUMENTATION IS ACCURATE.

IT'LL ALL THEN BE RECORDED. AND THEN IN THE FUTURE ANY DEVELOPER THAT'S COMING IN TO DEVELOP THAT WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE THAT AFFORDABLE COMPONENT ASSOCIATED WITH IT.
