SO THE TOTAL BUDGET AVAILABLE FOR THE PAST FISCAL YEAR 21, WE HAD AN REMAINING $70,206 AND 3 CENTS AS OF JUNE 24TH.

WHEN THIS REPORT WAS SUBMITTED $107,233 AND 97 CENTS HAS BEEN SPENT AS OF JUNE 24TH, 2021, TWO HOMES ARE WAITING ON WORK TO BEGIN.

THOSE HOMES ARE STILL WAITING FOR SUPPLIES TO COME IN AND DIFFERENT THINGS LIKE THAT, WHETHER IT HASN'T BEEN REALLY WORKING WITH OUR CONTRACTOR.

SO THOSE TWO HOMES ARE STILL WAITING.

PROBABLY WE'LL GET WORK DONE STARTING THIS WEEK AS OF JUNE 24TH, 2020 1, 23 HOMES I'VE BEEN REPAIRED OR SERVERS TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.

SO THOSE HOMES HAVE TO HAVE THOSE THINGS REPAIRED BEFORE THE ROOF CAN BE REPAIRED.

SO A LOT OF THOSE, A LOT OF SMALL, UM, REPAIRS FALL UNDER A MINOR HOME REPAIRS.

SO THAT'S THAT 14, THE ESTIMATED SPENDING HAS THE TWO HOMES LISTED THAT I SPOKE ABOUT WITH THE DIFFERENT ISSUES WITH SUPPLIES COMING IN AND RAIN.

SO THOSE TWO HOMES ESTIMATE AT 12,560, AND THEN THAT'LL ROLL OVER INTO OUR 20, 22 FISCAL YEAR, SINCE THOSE ARE STILL REMAINING AND 21 HAS CLOSED, I HAVE ONE QUESTION AND IT COULD BE ME, BUT, UM, I THOUGHT WE HAD A $10,000 ROOF REPAIR.

SO WE JUST MET YESTERDAY WITH MR. CEASE, OUR NEW TOWN MANAGER, AS WELL AS CHRIS FORRESTER, UM, THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO GO THROUGH AND REVIEW THE COMMENTS THAT STATE OF MIND HAD PROVIDED.

SO WE INITIALLY CAME UP WITH A DRAFT, UM, MASTER SERVICE MASTER AGREEMENT, UM, BASED ON THOSE TERM SHEETS THAT YOU ALL HAD SEEN, UM, AND THE RESPONSE TO THE RFP AND THAT IT WENT TO STATE OF MIND.

THEY HAD SOME CLARIFICATION, SOME QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS.

AND SO RIGHT NOW STAFF IS GOING THROUGH ALL OF THOSE BEFORE WE TAKE THE NEXT STEP AND SEND IT TO THE ATTORNEYS.

UM, SO I WOULD, I WAS HOPING THAT WE COULD KIND OF DIG INTO THAT, BUT THEN I KNOW WE'VE GOT THIS CONTRACT NEGOTIATING, UM, IN NEGOTIATIONS.

YOU KNOW, NOT RENTING OUT ANY ROOMS, HASN'T TEAR DOWN ANY WALLS TO ADD ANOTHER ROOM, OR, YOU KNOW, HASN'T DONE ANY CHANGES TO THE HOME.

SO HE'S PRETTY MUCH JUST LAST YEAR, WE DID NOT DO A WALKTHROUGH BECAUSE OF COVID OF COURSE.

SO WHAT THE HOMEOWNER DID, I SUGGESTED, UH, REQUESTED THAT THEY SEND PICTURES OF THE INSIDE OF THE HOME, AS WELL AS OTHER FORMS THAT NEED TO BE FILL OUT A BILL STATING THAT STILL IN HER NAME, INSURANCE DECLARATIONS AND THINGS LIKE THAT.

SO KEVIN AND I DID A WALK AROUND THE HOME JUST TO MAKE SURE, LIKE I SAID, NOTHING MAJOR HAS BEEN CHANGED THAT THE TOWN OF BLUFFTON HAS APPROVED.

SO THAT'S WHAT IT MEANS BY DAY-TO-DAY, WHICH IS FOR US A YEAR TO YEAR INSPECTION, WHICH WILL COME UP IN OCTOBER.

SO IT BE A YEAR TO YEAR, NOT DAY TO DAY.

AND HOW MANY HOMES ARE THOSE SIX? I WOULD ASSUME THOSE SORTS OF STANDARDS AND ANNUAL INSPECTIONS.
